regulartory T cell(TREG) has high affinity with
1. major histocompatibility complex (MHC)
2. oneself's peptide complex
rather than other T lymphocytes.

The reason TREG is not halmful to the body even though TREG is high self-reactive is that TREG doesn't produce inflammatory cytokines
